By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. This website is published by Nelson Mobile Notary LLC, with a mailing address at P.O. Box 40323, Redford, Michigan 48239.
2. What this website is
This website describes the services offered by Nelson Mobile Notary LLC and gives you a way to make contact. It is informational. Nothing on it is legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for advice from an attorney or another qualified professional about your own documents.
3. No professional relationship is created by using this site
Reading these pages, or sending a message through the contact page, does not create a notarial relationship, an attorney relationship, or any other professional relationship. A notarial act happens only in person, with the signer present and identified, at an appointment that has been arranged.
4. Services are arranged separately
Appointments, fees, travel arrangements and the scope of any work are agreed directly with Nelson Mobile Notary LLC at the time of booking. Those arrangements are not governed by this page. Any figure shown on the Pricing page is the published starting rate and is confirmed with you before an appointment is booked.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the content on this site correct and current, but pages can go out of date and errors happen. The site is provided on an as-is basis, and no promise is made that it will always be reachable or free of interruption. If something here looks wrong, please tell us so it can be corrected.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not use this website to do any of the following:
- Break any law, or encourage anyone else to.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its server, or connected systems that is not open to the public.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including through automated scraping that degrades it, or through malware of any kind.
- Copy the site's content or code to present it as your own.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout, and design of this website belong to Nelson Mobile Notary LLC or to its suppliers. The hero video and the photography are licensed through Envato Elements and are used under that license, so they may not be extracted from this site and reused elsewhere. Any other name or mark that appears here belongs to its owner.

This site links to and embeds material from other services, including YouTube. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement, and we do not control what those companies publish or change.
