This policy covers the website only. It does not describe how Nelson Mobile Notary handles the documents you present at a notarial appointment, which is governed by Michigan notary law and by the arrangements you make directly with the notary.

Information you give us
None through this website. The contact form on the contact page is not connected to a mailbox. It does not transmit and it does not store what you type, and the form itself says so. If you want to reach the practice, call or text 313.516.9356.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, this one is served by a web server that keeps standard access logs. Those logs record the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status returned, and the browser user agent string. They are kept by the hosting provider under its own operational schedule and are used to keep the site running and secure.
There is no analytics product on this site. No Google Analytics tag, no pixel, no heat mapping, and no advertising tag is loaded on any page.

Each of those companies handles the data it receives under its own privacy policy, which this practice does not control.
5. What this site does not do
- It does not sell or share personal information.
- It does not build advertising profiles and it carries no advertising.
- It has no user accounts, no login, and no password to store.
- It takes no payment and handles no card details.
- It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
6. Your choices
You can refuse or withdraw consent through the cookie banner, clear cookies and local storage in your browser, and use your browser's Do Not Track or tracking-protection settings. Because this site loads no analytics and no advertising tags, refusing consent does not disable any feature except the ones listed in the table above.
